Returns and exchanges
Returns of items in proper condition are possible in accordance with Ukrainian law, provided the product appearance, tags and integrity are preserved, and there are no signs of wear.
Custom‑made items (with adjusted measurements or made to your individual sizes) cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defects.
